We work with clients and partners based outside Pakistan (including in Europe, the UK, and elsewhere). 8. AI Agents & Chatbot Data

Where we build or manage AI agents, chatbots, or automation tools on behalf of a client:

• Any customer data processed by that AI agent (e.g., a client’s website visitors or WhatsApp customers) belongs to and is controlled by that client, not WOD Solution
• We act as a service provider/processor for the client and only use such data to build, test, and improve the specific AI agent for that client’s project
• We recommend clients inform their own end customers about the use of AI/chat automation and obtain appropriate consent where required, as data controller responsibilities toward end customers remain with the client

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to:

• Fulfill the purpose for which it was collected
• Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

Project-related data is generally retained for the duration of the client relationship and a reasonable period afterward, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized upon request, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including restricted access controls, secure file storage, and confidentiality obligations for our team and contractors.
